One Touch Football AG has – at its own request – applied to discontinue the listing of One Touch Football AG shares (WKN A289V1 - ISIN DE000A289V11) on the general open market (“allgemeiner Freiverkehr“) of the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange. Accordingly, the shares were discontinued from the general open market in accordance with Section 7 (1) of the General Terms and Conditions for the Over-the-Counter Market effective June 30, 2025. Attached is the corresponding announcement from the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange.

        As of July 1, 2025 the shares in One Touch Football AG cannot be traded at the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange and stock exchange related information obligations of the company cease to apply.

 One Touch Football AG will continue to inform the shareholders on its homepage and can be contacted on it as well

Die One Touch Football AG hat - auf eigenen Wunsch - den Antrag gestellt die Aufnahme der Aktien der One Touch Football AG (WKN A289V1 - ISIN DE000A289V11)

im allgemeinen Freiverkehr der Börse Düsseldorf einzustellen. Dementsprechend wurde die Notierung der Aktien gemäß § 7 Abs. 1 AGB Freiverkehr mit Ablauf des 30.06.2025 im allgemeinen Freiverkehr eingestellt. Anbei die entsprechende Mitteilung der Börse Düsseldorf.  

Ab dem 01.07.2025 können die Aktien der One Touch Football AG nicht mehr an der Börse Düsseldorf gehandelt werden und börsenrechtliche Informations-Folgepflichten der Gesellschaft entfallen.  

Die One Touch Football AG wird die Aktionäre weiterhin auf ihrer Homepage informieren und kann darüber auch kontaktiert werden.
